Inspire Pilates is proud to energize your workout routine with our class offerings. We specialize in all level Pilates, from beginner to advanced, for all ages, levels and experience. Additionally find Body Pump Fitness and Cycling to boost your cardio and strength training routine right here.

All Levels Pilates
Great for beginners and seasoned class goers alike. Get used to the Reformer and class format with modifications set for your fitness level. Our Instructors provide a format unique to each client to suit their needs!

Level 2
For those with more experience on the Reformer, looking to take a step forward with difficulty. Recommended to have a few beginner classes first. Again, always tailored to fit your body's needs!

Level 3
Clients will truly challenge core, balance and stability in classes with progressive techniques applied. Recommended for those who have taken a few classes with us before and are comfortable with higher tempo of exercises!

Cycle
Peddle the stress of the day away and ride to the beat of the music with our energizing Cycle class!

Body Pump Fitness
Get leaned, toned and fit using light to moderate weights for a total body workout. Our instructors will coach you through each movement to the beat of the music!
